No. Breathedge 2 is currently single-player, and the pinned developer FAQ says multiplayer and co-op are not planned at this time. The team leaves open the possibility of changing that later, but players should not buy the current game expecting co-op.
Do you need to play Breathedge before Breathedge 2?
No. Breathedge 2 is a direct sequel, but the official store and developer announcements say the new story is designed to stand on its own. Returning players will recognize more references and background details.
Is Breathedge 2 on PlayStation, Xbox or Switch?
Not currently. The official launch availability is Windows PC through Steam. The developer previously expressed a desire to reach major platforms, but that statement is not a confirmed PlayStation, Xbox or Switch announcement.
Does the Breathedge 2 demo save carry over?
Do not expect the demo save to carry over. The pinned developer FAQ warned that major changes made compatibility unlikely, and a later official announcement said almost nothing from the demo was staying unchanged.
